By accessing or using Vetted VAs services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Vetted VAs provides virtual assistant services to businesses and individuals. Our services include but are not limited to:

Administrative support and task management
Customer service and communication management
Data entry and database management
Social media management
Content creation and management
Calendar and email management
Research and analysis

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
Not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our services
Respect intellectual property rights of Vetted VAs and third parties

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms and pricing will be outlined in your service agreement. Standard terms include:

Payment is due according to the schedule specified in your service agreement
Late payments may result in service suspension
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
You are responsible for any taxes associated with the services

5. Service Level Agreement

We strive to provide high-quality services and will make reasonable efforts to ensure service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service level commitments will be detailed in your specific service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We understand that you may share confidential information with our virtual assistants. We commit to:

Maintaining strict confidentiality of all client information
Implementing appropriate security measures to protect your data
Not disclosing your information to third parties without your consent
Requiring all virtual assistants to sign confidentiality agreements

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Vetted VAs services are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Work product created specifically for you under our services will be owned by you upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vetted VAs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
Any content obtained from our services
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless otherwise agreed upon.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
